An adapter sleeve is installed to the underside of the fan assembly and attached to a flexible duct pipe that runs through the attic space. Another adapter sleeve connects the flexible pipe to an attractive, white powder-coated ceiling trim ring. In some locations, building codes require the addition of a Radiation Damper to prevent against fire and heat radiation. Please check if a radiation damper is required in your area.
