TOBOA ENERGY RESOURCES WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY USED, INSTALLED, DAMAGED, KEPT OVER 30 DAYS, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE. DETERMINATION OF RETURNED EQUIPMENT'S USE FOR RESALE IS AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF Toboa Energy Resources LLC. Products received for return, which are determined to be unusable for resale, will be returned to Customer at customer’s expense. All product returns/exchanges require a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA), which can be obtained from Toboa Energy Resources LLC prior to returning the product. Product returns/exchanges received by Toboa Energy Resources LLC without a RGA will be rejected. Toboa Energy Resources LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS RETURN POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
