Orders


1. I placed my order online and all I received was an order receipt, will I receive more information? 

  • A: YES if needed your order was received if you received a receipt showing a order number. Use the order number to reference inquiries.

2. When will I receive my order? 

  • A: Your order will arrive from the manufacturer normally in 1 to 4 weeks depending upon what type of item it is and its popularity. In some cases for “build to order” equipment longer lead times can be experienced. IF YOU REQUIRE PRODUCTS WITHIN A SPECIFIC TIMELINE PLEASE CONTACT US AT 262-654-3833 PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. 3. How will I know my order has shipped?

  • A: Manufacturers are instructed to apply your email address to shipments, you should receive an email with tracking at time of shipment. See shipping & delivery.

4. What if I need to cancel my order?

  • Purchases are agreements between two parties and are legally binding. Cancellations due to reasonable circumstances are allowed contact Toboa Energy Resources LLC customer service for details. Special order items including build to order items are in most cases non cancelable or cancelable with a restock charge since labor has been initiated on your behalf. All canceled orders must be in writing and approved by Toboa Energy Resources LLC. See orders & payments.
