Watson McDaniel Boiler Feed Pumps
For Boiler Feed Pumps units, the operation of the pump is controlled by the water level control device which is part of the boiler control package. When the boiler requires water, the pump switches on pumping water from the receiver into the boiler. On Duplex boiler feed units, an Electrical Alternator is used to activate one pump at a time in alternating fashion. The receiver tank also contains an internal make-up water valve actuated by a stainless steel float.

Steel or Stainless Steel Receiver Tanks
Boiler receiver tanks are essential components in industrial boiler systems. These tanks are typically made of steel or stainless steel due to their durability and resistance to corrosion. Steel receiver tanks offer reliable performance and cost-effectiveness, making them a popular choice for many professionals in the industry. Stainless steel receiver tanks, on the other hand, provide additional benefits such as enhanced corrosion resistance and hygiene, making them suitable for applications that require strict cleanliness standards.
Watson McDaniel offers a range of Boiler Feed Pumps that come in both Simplex and Duplex options. These pumps are designed to provide reliable and efficient performance in steam systems. With their solid construction and advanced features, they ensure consistent and smooth operation, making them a preferred choice for professionals in the industry.
