Description
The Watson McDaniel W4154JF Electric Boiler Feed Pumps, for Boiler Feed applications, is where the operation of the pump is controlled by the water level control system on the boiler. When the boiler requires water, the pump switches on pumping water from the receiver into the boiler. The receiver tank also contains an internal make-up water valve actuated by a stainless steel float. If the amount of condensate being returned to the receiver tank is inadequate, additional boiler feed water is automatically added to the receiver tank.
For Boiler Feed units, the operation of the pump is controlled by the water level control device which is part of the boiler control package. When the boiler requires water, the pump switches on pumping water from the receiver into the boiler. On the other hand, with Duplex boiler feed units, an Electrical Alternator will be used to activate one pump at a time in alternating fashion.

Boiler Feed Pump Installation & Manual:
Place on an elevated, level and substantial foundation in a clean, dry and accessible area. Locate receiver tank inlet below lowest point of the condensate return lines.
